Information :- Haryana Ladli Social Security Allowance Scheme : Directorate of Social Justice and Empowerment, Haryana has invited online applications for those type of ladies person having age of above 45 years and More whose family having only girl child. The benefit will be paid to the mother, if surviving. In case the mother is not surviving, then father can apply and benefit will be paid to the father. हरियाणा लाडली सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्ता योजना : सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता निदेशालय, हरियाणा ने 45 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु की उन महिलाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं जिनके परिवार में केवल लड़कियां हैं। जीवित रहने पर मां को लाभ का भुगतान किया जाएगा। यदि मां जीवित नहीं है तो पिता आवेदन कर सकता है और लाभ पिता को दिया जाएगा। केवल वे परिवार पात्र हैं जिनकी आय प्रति वर्ष 3 लाख रुपये से कम है। उम्मीदवार हरियाणा का निवासी होना चाहिए।

Age Limit & Eligibility // आयु सीमा एवं पात्रता

• Minimum Age Limit : 45 Years (आयु 45 साल से कम होनी चाहिए)
• वे महिलाएँ जिनके परिवार में केवल लड़कियाँ हैं आवेदन के लिए पात्र है।
• परिवार की आय 2 लाख रुपए से कम होनी चाहिए।

Document Required

• Age Proof (Any one of the following documents issued prior 24.08.2018 )
  a. Birth Certificate (Issued by Registrar, Birth & Death)
  b. School Certificate (5th class or 8th class or 10th class).
  c. Driving License
  d. Passport
  e. Pan Card (with Photograph)
  f. Voter card
  g. Voter List (with Photograph)
• Residential Proof (Any one of the following self attested documents issued prior to 5 years)
  i. Ration Card (issued by Food & Supplies Department, Haryana) // राशन कार्ड
  ii. Voter Card (issued by Election Department, Haryana) // वोटर कार्ड
  iii. Name of the applicant in voter’s list that shows photograph. (issued by Election Department, Haryana)
  iv. In Case, none of above documents is available, a applicant will give self-declaration document along with any other documentary proof which will be verified by the District Social Welfare Officer.
• Other Documents
  i. Aadhaar Card (Optional) // आधार कार्ड
  ii. Saving Bank account detail of the applicant with a photocopy of the passbook. // आवेदक के बचत बैंक खाते का विवरण तथा पासबुक की फोटोकॉपी।
  iii. Applicant should have Family Id. // फॅमिली id.

Note // नोट :- 60 वर्ष के बाद लाडली पेंशन को वृद्धावस्था सम्मान भत्ता योजना में परिवर्तित कर दिया जाएगा।
